Elkins Painting and Wallcovering, Inc. is a commercial painting contractor based in Northern Virginia. Our office is located near Dulles International Airport. Our services encompass Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.

With over 20 years of experience, Elkins Painting is committed to honesty, quality and innovation in the industry. 

One of only a few painting contractors in the area that have a union workforce, we can provide background checks for our employees and can comply with “US citizen only” requirements. 

We specialize in tenant build-outs, base building contracts, government buildings, secure spaces, hospitals, banks and restaurants.
